Located in Midtown between 37th and 38th Streets, Annex417 is AES NYC’s newest managed venue. Located on the 7th Floor, Annex417 is comprised of a central furnished lobby, multiple conference rooms and a perimeter of large, open spaces. It’s perfect for expos as well as conferences for up to 200 guests. Center415 and Annex417 can be rented together for a grand total of 50,000 SF of event space.
